The first trait I've learned from my real estate career is that to have success in selling real estate I need to show my clients consistency.

Consistency in everything I strive to do, such as what I produce in marketing for all of my listings, how I position the marketing for them and how I distribute the materials.

It’s easy to overcomplicate the selling process. When others do, they fail to do the little things on a consistent basis. The more I streamline the process, the better each piece of the puzzle will be.

Authenticity

The second trait that creates success in real estate is authenticity. This is one of the most critical components in building a relationship with my clients.
